Come together with other women to connect, share life stories and collectively learn wellness techniques and practices that will enhance your work-life balance, build self-love and improve self-care. In a supportive environment that meets everyone’s needs, together, we’ll focus on personal development strategies that will improve your health, happiness and well-being.

You can expect to be supported in two ways: first, under the guide of an experienced Psychologist and Well-Being Consultant,  you’ll learn a bespoke well-being framework that builds self-care, connection, and teaches you the healthy habits to reach your health and wellness goals. Second, experience a safe, nurturing group to share the journey with, connecting and learning from others.

During the process of coming together with others, connecting with each other on a shared journey, sharing stories and experiences deeply strengthens our own learning and inner healing. We are all individuals, each with our unique circumstances. However, none of us have to be alone in our struggles. The struggles, high and lows of Life, can be reduced greatly through community supported in our retreats and health workshops.

Workshops and retreats typically cater for 6 to 15 people, although we can adjust and tailor sessions for larger or smaller groups
