The Six Element Wellbeing Framework is my holistic, mind-body approach to coaching.

This framework draws on my 27 years experience as a wellbeing practitioner, my Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and Masters of Organisational Psychology and my extensive use of evidence-based interventions.

Using my signature Six Element Wellbeing Framework derived from my 20 years of diverse holistic health training and experience, I’ll guide you through a process to uncover your roadblocks that are stopping you from finding meaning in your career and fulfillment in your family life.

To each coaching session, I bring a Masters of Organisational Psychology and Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) majoring in counselling.
